Picture 7 - The "road end" where the road into Bothwellhaugh, on the right, met the road up the Bog's brae to Bellshill. The dip where the road used to pass under the bridge carrying the railway from the colliery, can be seen. It was this dip which caused serious flooding of the road in wet weather. |
